On Thursday, August 4, Chef Natalie Brodsky of Gray Table Cuisine will demonstrate how to make an easy whole food plant-based Thai Curry out of seasonal vegetables found at the farmer’s market, and a brownie recipe. Presented by Plant Based Nutrition Support Group (PBNSG), the demonstration will take place online from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Brodsky is certified as a plant-based nutrition expert through the Cornell School of Plant-Based Nutrition and a certified health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She has been cooking for more than a decade and has successfully run a farmer’s market stand, put on several ticketed ”pop-up” dinners and has catered small private events with as many as 30 guests. Her business, Gray Table Cuising, LLC, is a plant-based personal chef and boutique catering service based in Bloomfield Hills.
Initially inspired by her chiropractor father, Brodsky developed an interest in holistic medicine and living a healthy lifestyle at a young age. She soon discovered that cooking was her favorite outlet to express this interest because it allowed her to combine creativity with wellness.
Founded in 2014, PBNSG was initially established to support those who had been diagnosed or were at risk of developing cardiovascular disease. Now, their mission is to empower all who want to optimize their health by following a whole food plant-based lifestyle. They offer a variety related online events and plant-based coaching.
Admission to the online demonstration is $10. For more information or to RSVP visit PBNSG.org/events. For more information on Natalie Brodsky or Gray Table Cuisine, LLC, visit her website: GrayTableCuisine.com.
